Citizens can help by carpooling, using bicycles, and following traffic rules strictly. Effective planning and cooperation between authorities and the public are essential to minimize traffic jams and make city life smoother.

Tree plantation means planting trees on a large scale to maintain the balance of the environment. Trees are our best friends because they give us oxygen, food, shade, fruits, wood, and medicines. Schools, colleges, and social organizations should organize tree plantation programs every year, especially during the rainy season when trees grow well. Every citizen should be aware of the importance of trees and take part in this movement. If we all work together, tree plantation can make our environment healthy and our future safe.

A school library is an important part of a school. It is a storehouse of knowledge where students can read and borrow books. Our school has a big library with a large collection of books on literature, science, history, geography, and general knowledge. It also has magazines, newspapers, and reference books. The library is well-furnished and quiet, which helps students concentrate on reading. A librarian manages the books and helps students find the right ones. Every student has a library card to borrow books for a certain period. The school library plays a vital role in building the reading habit of students, improving their knowledge, and widening their outlook. It also teaches discipline, patience, and the proper use of time. A rich and well-maintained library is a great treasure for any school.

Load Shedding

Load shedding means the sudden suspension of the supply of electricity. It is a serious problem in our country, especially in towns and villages. The main causes of load shedding are insufficient production of electricity, misuse of power, illegal connections, and poor maintenance of power plants. Load shedding creates unbearable suffering in our daily life. Students cannot study properly, patients in hospitals face great trouble, and businessmen incur heavy losses. In summer, people feel restless due to heat and darkness. Sometimes, crimes and accidents also increase during load shedding. To solve this problem, the government should set up more power stations, stop illegal connections, and ensure proper use of electricity. Public awareness is also necessary to save energy by switching off lights and fans when not in use. If proper steps are taken, the problem of load shedding can be reduced to a great extent.
